The service was great! Was having issues with my Sierra starting. Turns out it was a bad battery. So they replaced the battery and while my truck was there I had them change the oil. They had me fixed up and on the road in a short time.

I have purchased probably 15 vehicles from Gunn over the years always had a good experience.
I'm a consumer and was at the dealership looking at a truck on July 23rd with Braden(Nice kid). He went to get Piotr Zelaskowski when inquired about paying out of my TRUST account. Piotr said yes. Then asked how. I said I'd write a check out of the TRUST. He then flew off the handle claiming I'm trying something I seen on tiktok. I told him I don't have tiktok and I'm being serious. He refused my business. I offered to show him the UCC codes and USC codes which all business and corporation's must follow and would validate what I'm saying. He agreed, then as I opened my book to show him he told me to leave the property. I've never been treated so rude and disrespectfully like this by a representative of any company in my life. I emailed the General Manager about this and he never responded. This site won't let me rate 0 stars, that's what they deserve. I'm filling complaints with BBB, Consumer reports and the DMV.

I BOUGHT A 2024 SIERRA AT4, THREE MONTHS AGO AND STARTED HEARING VERY SLIGHT TAPPING SOUNG AND THOUGHT THAT SOUNDS LIKE A VALVE TAP. TOOK IT IN IMMEDIATELY, GOT HOME AND GOOGLED IT AND IT TURNS OUT THEY HAVE HAD VALVE LIFTER PROBLEMS FOR YEARS! IN FACT THERE WAS A CLASS ACTION SUIT FOR THE EXACT THING THAT CLOSED TO NEW CLAIMS IN 2022. IT HAS TAKEN THEM TREE WEEKS TO GET ME A LOANER TRUCK. THEY OFFERED A ENTERPRISE RENTAL BUT I NEED A TRUCK, THATS WHY I PAID $85 FREAKING DOLLARS FOR A GREAT TRUCK. LEFT MESSAGE FOR THE MANAGER A FEW DAYS AGO, AND NO RESPONSE. I'MSHOCKED THEY HAVN'T FIXED THE PROBLEM AFTER YEARS. SO MY BRAND NEW TRUCK NEEDS A REBUILD. IT'S NOT RIGHT.
